TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY -Policy Statement

The fair treatment of our Customers is integral to our business practices and the overall way in which our company operates.

It is the core element in the way we behave and conduct business; all our commercial dealings always take full account of the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. As a firm we understand that it is imperative that clients have high levels of support before, during and after the Advice process has completed.

In our dealings with clients we will specifically;-

  • Always communicate with our clients in a clear, fair and not misleading way so that they can understand what they can expect from our service including the costs of our service
  • Prior to providing advice we will always collect sufficient personal information soas to be able to provide the most suitable advice
  • Provide clients with clear information covering the benefits, risks and costs of anyrecommended product.or financial solution
  • Explain in Plain English why a particular product or recommendation has been made and how this satisfies the objectives of the client
  • Honour all commitments we make to our clients, if any dissatisfaction should occur we will investigate the underlying cause and take appropriate action whenever necessary

To ensure that customers continue to be treated fairly the Board of  The Finance Warehouse will collect Management Information on a regular basis. This Management Information will be analysed by the Directors of the firm and where deemed necessary any appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner.

Our reputation is very important to us, therefore, client satisfaction is vital and Treating Customers Fairly is implicit in all our dealings with our customers.
