The fair treatment of our Customers is integral to our business practices and the overall way in which our company operates. It is the core element in the way we behave and conduct business; all our commercial dealings always take full account of the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. To ensure that customers continue to be treated fairly the Board of The Finance Warehouse will collect Management Information on a regular basis. This Management Information will be analysed by the Directors of the firm and where deemed necessary any appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner. Our reputation is very important to us, therefore, client satisfaction is vital and Treating Customers Fairly is implicit in all our dealings with our customers.
